I am new to this site, and have a question regarding increase in income post-discharge. I have been unemployed for the last 6 months and filed a Chapter 7 BK...our discharge date is any day now...wondering when I will be able to go back to work and start earning more of an income (if jobs are even available). Is there any kind of look-back period after discharge? I know there is prior to the 341, but couldn't find any information regarding a look-back after discharge/closing of case. I would appreciate any comments or information! Thanks!!

Once discharged the Trustee has no more interest in you. It is fine to get a job at this point as you have to have a way to exist after bk. 'HubIf I knew it all, would I be here??
