    Deficient Matrix on PACER

I just looked at my filing and found a message about Deficient Matrix. I have one week to get it in, but I do not know what was deficient. Will the letter from the courts tell me or is there somewhere I can call to find out what was wrong?

Did you even file a Mailing Matrix? It needs to be provided on CDROM or other electronic format. Then there's a verification statement for the Matrix, that's required by some courts.

Your best bet is to call your Case Manager at the courthouse tomorrow after 9AM and ask what the deficiency is. Make sure you precede any questions with "I have a procedural question...".

I filed the Creditor Matrix just as the example was given and the clerk didn't say anything about it. I filed a paper copy because my district said that Pro Se filers could give a paper copy.
I will call my Case Manager in the morning...thank you for the tip about "procedural questions!"

If they allow it on paper, you may be missing the "Verification" form. It may be a local form.

The intake clerks don't check your petition for accuracy. They just do a page count and arrange the schedules in a particular order. Then they send it to the team that does the scanning. Then your Case Manager takes it and is who issues the deficiency notices (usually).

Don't worry. It might just be a local form. I know that my District requires that "verification" form to be submitted.
