so, i'm about 3 months into my 6 month plan to file ch7. btw - i'm waiting for my wife's unemployment income to fall off the radar. anyways, out of all my creditors, 5/3 is by far the most agressive. and they are in the middle in terms of the amout owed - 10k... 3k on the low end. 50k on the high. i never get called from the 50k lender... weird how this works. anyways, we're constantly getting calls and letters from 5/3. they say they will look into other loans and mortgages we might have with them and do whatever is permissible by the terms of the agreements... blah. blah. just got one today that says i have to pay the entire balance now to avoid further collections. the sticky area is that i do have a truck loan with them that is very new. there would be now way they could repo the truck and expect to have a financial gain. but, it worries me...
has anyone else had similar problems with 5/3?
so far, i've been ignoring everything - calls, letters, etc.
my plan is still to wait until feb / march and file 7. in the mean time, i've been doing my homework figuring schedule i / j to ensure that all my numbers line up.
any advice?
