property tax and ch-7

Dear Folks

We filed ch-7 surrendering the house and 341 meeting is over.

We owe property tax since one year but that amount has not shown in the bk application (as debt)

We had mentioned that to our attorney and he said let the new buyer pay the taxes. We are not sure the Attorney is correct or not.

Will the WF pay all the past due taxes? hence the tax not mentioned in the bk application will we liable for the taxes?

Not yours to deal with.

Taxes attach to the property, where real estate is concerned.
