Chapter 7 and liens

I have looked at several posts about liens; however, they all seem to be for people who plan to keep their house. I am surrendering my house, but there is a lien placed by my HOA for not paying dues. Do I need to include this separately or will the lien go away when the house does? The NOLO book talks about liens as well and having to file motions for dismissal, but it seems those apply when you plan to keep the property on which there is a lien.
