reaffirming

has anyone out there had any difficulty reaffirming your car with carmax?, i know some people had problems with the ford company.

What kind of problems are you having? I am with Capital One and I know it took about 2 months after my discharge to have the loan taken back by Cap One.

in want to reaffirm my car with carmax, but i don't know what to do if they don't, do i loose the car? or i just keep paying? and hope they don't repo it?

Call their bk department and ask. Most likely, they will allow you to keep the car, without reaffirmation, as long as the payments are kept current. Personally, I would not sign a reaffirm as you never know what the future holds.
