I checked Pacer and Under status it says awaiting 341, but when I go to history, it shows it. Latest thing 10/27 says Chapter 7 Trustee's Report of No Distribution, which I assume is good? But why would the status still say awaiting 341?

I don't think you have anything to worry about, the courts are back up with administrative work. I had my 341 3 weeks ago today and still no report from trustee or updates. Still shows as awaiting 341.Filed Ch 7 Pro Se - 9/5/2009

He can change it if new information comes to light but normally doesnt happen.Comment

ready2live, the status doesn't always get updated. mine said "awaiting 341" for over 3 months, until my discharge came. you're all good.filed ch7 May 09
