I posted another thread about our lawyer sending us an amended B22 and was wondering if this was a good sign, as we are under a motion to dismiss by the UST. Well, I got my answer today!
Our lawyer talked to the UST attorney and she said if we made those changes to our means test she would withdraw her motion to dismiss! The lawyer said, "Thank the lord and he is going to go have a drink!"
After 13 months it looks like a hampster dance may be in our future. Our lawyer said we will not have to wait until Dec. (which is our next hearing date) and that he would file the amended return and they will withdraw at that point. So I will be checking Pacer regularly looking for that special word "discharged".
Keep your fingers crossed for us. Maybe this is the month for discharges. I have seen a lot on this forum lately, AngelinaCat and 'Hub, backtoschool and others. I would love to join your club and we can finally have a Merry Christmas!
