Mine was on PACER a day or two before the mailed copy arrived.

some courts also have a voice system you can call without signing up for anything. this was how i found out my case was closed while i was on a train! no wifi on the train, so i couldn't get on pacer (i found out about my discharge from pacer, then it came in the mail a few days later).filed ch7 May 09
