Hi all, I have been reading this board for awhile now and find everybody to be extremely helpful. We filed for bk in oct, 341 scheduled for 24th of nov. Today my lawyer sent us a letter stating the us trustee was requesting 6 months worth of bank statements, all invoices for our car loan and mortgage, and our most recent paychecks. I am not totally surprised as one of the things I have read on here is that the ust may get involved with high debt filers (which we are). How worried should I be about this?

Usually these resolve themselves and not a peep from the UST will you hear. I had to supply almost two years of brokerage statements and bank statements. They are looking for chunks of money or huge charges.7-2-2009 Filed
