    Just hit 60 days

    Our 341 meeting was Sept. 10th, which means that we just hit 60 days.
    Its amazing how painless this whole process has been. We stressed and put off filing BK for as long as we could because the thought of it scared the you know what out of me. As it turned out it was so uneventful that i stopped thinking about it all together until i saw a bankruptcy attny comercial and it hit me that we are AT 60 DAYS ALREADY!!! WOOHOO any time now and we should (fingers crossed..knock on wood) be discharged.
    Sorry im not here to add anything constructive, in just excited and wanted to share.
    Thank you all for everything you did and still do here to help keep people informed and calm. Maybe soon i will be back to say we are discharged and closed.

    I had the same 341 date and 60 days were up on 11/09, same as yours. So you're in day 62 and your discharge is getting closer and closer...
    Filed CH7 on Aug-06-2009 -- DONE!
    341 meeting on Oct-01-2009 -- DONE!
    Discharged on Nov-12-2009 -- DONE!
    Case Closed on Jun-15-2010 -- DONE!

        i do check pacer and unfortunatly nothing new there since 10/21, but you can bet now that i will be checking everyday from here on out.

          It depends on your district. As you can see, in So. Cal. we are pretty backed up and I'm on Day 97. Everything is ready to go, so I'm hoping soon!

            To anyone in So. Cal, I filed in L.A. and called the court around day 70. The clerk discharged me while I was on the phone!!!
