Ch 7 Means Test - HOA Fees

Hi all,

So we're doing the means test to see if we pass chapter 7. Can and where do we list our $187 per month Homeowner Association fees?

I mean, if we don't pay them they lien our house. It is sort of secured, I guess?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Stopped paying c. cards February 2009
Retained attorney 11/5/09 - $100k in C.Card debt - $120000 per year income - Filed Feb 2010 - 341 Apr 2010 - No Asset Case/Report of No Dist Apr 2010 - Discharged June 2010
Case went without a hitch! I HELD MY HEAD HIGH IN THAT COURTROOM AND NOW I AM MOVING ON!

Not sure where it goes on the forms but I am confident it is a qualified means test expense.
