      Strange, if the Trustee is interested in that property, why didn't they fight the relief?

        Have no idea, he never objected to the "Notice to Court of Intent to Argue" from the bank -- he did in previous cases. But it is very strange to me too, very strange... I'll let you know if I get more info on this.
