    Just had 341 done...such a non-event

    So I had my 341 today. the room had 4 other filers before me. my atty prepped me with the usual questions, and lo! and behold!, same EXACT questions came up

    in less than 15 mins, we were done, and case filed as a "No Asset" ...60 day club, here I come!
    2009-Jan: Retained Atty
    2009-Oct: Filed Ch7
    2009-Nov: 341 held
    2010-Jan: Discharged on Pacer

        5/09 UST now involved no idea what happens next
        7/09 UST has decided to withdraw his motion to dismiss!

            Ha! ha! ha!...you are soooo right. I worried/theorized/contemplated to the waahhhzoooo!!...and then, breezed right thru it...there was no goddamn fireworks at the end of all that anticipation

            Though I was thinking. What happens to a Timeshare which was bought with funds secured thru a promisory note? The creditor did not perfect the lien, but the trustee filed it as a surrendered asset (In a No Asset case).

            Also, the deed of the timeshare is recorded under me & my wifes names, but the promisory note was just in my name. Do we get to keep the timeshare? Will my wife get 50% of the proceeds ..just curious
