In listing assets just how anal do they want you to be. I mean do I need to list 17 glasses 13 spoons 115 CD's, 18 pairs of pants etc ie an inventory list of everything, or just the major things like piano (although it's 40+ years old) and riding lawn mower.

List only the big things like mentioned above. As far as clothing, you can lump it all together and just say men's clothing - $50 unless you have a high dollar mink coats or so.9/22/2009 - officially filed chapter 7

I grouped like items like living room furniture, bedroom furniture, plates pots pans and utensils, clothing and shoes.
The TT doesn't want a super detailed list of every item, but simply wants to get a feel for any assets of value you might have like the hope diamond or a yacht or something like that.
And make sure to use garage sale pricing for your stuff.Filed Chapter 7 (Primarily Business Expenses) 04/10/2008 FICO 468
