Attorney fees are PAID IN FULL.....

Fees are paid in full as of today, $1400, papers have been signed and case should file late this week or early next week, he is backed up and since I have no law suites or garnishments he said he would file in a few days, if that was OK by me, I said ya no problem....

30 to 45 days from when my case is filed to get my 341 hearing and 60 days after that I am discharged...

Looking like late Feb. and all this should be done...

LOL! Yep, my whole definition of "insult" has changed during this process, too.

Got a call from my attorney, there is a very good chance my case may get filed today, everything is reviewed and ready to go....He is filing in batches, I was told if it gets filed today, we will call you.

                  Waiting for the call....
