I had my 341 10/26/09, filed pro se, trustee wanted me to amend a couple formatting changes in my schedules which I did the day after, but there has been no new activity on pacer the last 2 weeks. He said if I filled the amendments he'd put me through as a no asset case. But yet still nothing, should I be worrying?

No, do not worry. They are just busy these days. So long as you didn't get a Statement of Presumption of Abuse within 10 days of your 341 Meeting, you can relax a little! Trustees will almost always tell you if they object to something during or before the 341 Meeting.
