our 2nd 341 is tomorrow

I felt fine before our first 341 meeting,but I dread the second one.the trustee wanted us to amend schedule C to exempt more....
and to boot ,we have a hurricane watch here...it's only a category 1,nothing major,but just anoying to have to cross the bridge with all that rain and wind to to go to the meeting...

You should be glad, happy, thankful, and overjoyed that the Trustee was nice enough to tell you to amend Schedule C and change your exemptions! The Trustee could have just taken the property instead.

I hope that you have made the corrections and have exempted all your property!

we didn't have much to exempt....it was pityful how little we had...we don't even have a couch....camping chairs in our living room...no flat screen,just a 19 in TV
we needed to exempt $25 more in CD's( yep $25 ....) and exempt $1 for our vehicle,she even told us how to do it,and how much...
and we still have room in our wild card exemption..

but you are right ,we should be glad...but until we are done with it,I will worry...

so we arrived early,and signed in at 10.45am ( meeting at 11am).only 3 others in the room plus one attorney,and the trustee and his aide ,they were going over all the files without having any of the people there,I was listening ,the trustee was not willing to dismiss any cases,and was giving more chances to get the paperwork right..
we were sitting in the back row.
then they mentioned our name,the aide said that everything was fine,then the trustee asked us if we were indeed XXXXX,I said yes,and he said : good,your meeting is concluded.have a nice day.
we signed out at 10.59am..
