Does this mean I'm free and clear???

    YAY, I think...

I just logged into PACER. I had my 341 earlier this week and today it says this under the case history:

Pursuant to Fed R Bank P 5009, I hereby certify that the estate of the above-named debtor(s) has been fully administered. I request that I be discharged from any further duties as trustee. Key information about this case as reported in schedules filed by the debtor(s) or otherwise found in the case record: This case was pending for 1 months. Assets Abandoned: $ XXXXX, Assets Exempt: $ XXXX, Claims Scheduled: $ XXXXXX, Claims Asserted: Not Applicable, Claims scheduled to be discharged without payment: $ XXXXX.

Does this mean the trustee is just waiting for my 60 days to be up and then I'm discharged?

    341 11/2/09
    Last Day For Objections 1/4/10
    Discharged 1/5/10

BBW, you are good to GO. This is a VERY good report. You almost warrant a half hamster dance, but no. We shall wait out the full 60 days. Meanwhile a new set of troupers are in training.....

    Congratulations!!

Welcome to the 60 Day Club. Sometimes something crops up, but mostly nothing does and the wait is uneventful.

Thanks. I'm still not going to rest easy but at least the trustee is one thing less to worry about. But I'll still worry about my creditors and the UST.

You're on your way brother/sister. All you are waiting on now is an order of discharge. The Victory (hamster) Dance is waiting for you. 'Hub

BBW I had the same exact wording from my trustee the day of my 341 he inputted it! I think since the courts are so swamped they try to close the cases quick so they don't get bombarded. Anyways, congrats of your fresh start. It's just count down of days from here on out

Thanks you too. It looks like we should be discharged about the same time. My 60 days are also up 1/4/10. And I can't wait. I hope it's a happy new year.

I see you've lost faith in your ability to recognize gender in the member's posts. Don't let that one mistake affect your future!
Well, I did. Every one of 'em. Mostly I remember the last one. The wild finish. A guy standing on a station platform in the rain with a comical look in his face because his insides have been kicked out. -Rick
