    Question re pay periods

My husband is paid bi-weekly. I'm meeting with my attorney next week. He wants our May-Oct gross income. So does that mean I should include a paycheck he received on 5/2/09 that is for the time period through April 30thl? Or does that mean what we actually WORKED May-Oct? As in the next check that has 5/3/09-5/17 or whatever. Or the paychecks actually received May-Oct? Little confused about that.

That would be the actual paychecks (paydays) you received in May-Oct.

It is checks received during those 6 months. This should be a total of 13 paychecks by the way.
Well, I did. Every one of 'em. Mostly I remember the last one. The wild finish. A guy standing on a station platform in the rain with a comical look in his face because his insides have been kicked out. -Rick
