where in Pacer would it indicate an AP?

Life is less stressful if you START checking Pacer at the 60 day mark.

That's exactly right, wait till the 60 day mark. But just for reference does anyone have the answer to my question?

I am curious about that too, even though we are passed 60 days. I wonder if it is filed under the docket section in Pacer. That is where I found our motion to dismiss by the UST. I would think the creditor would have to file some sort of motion or something if they are planning an objection/AP.

It would be in the docket report. The AP actually gets a new case number, so it is a pretty involved deal and creditors rarely do it unless they have good proof of fraud...which you would already know about...right?

Whipster is correct.. but I'd add something you may not know. While an objection to discharge may appear on the docket, there's also a link called "Associated Cases". This is actually where you'd list the complaints.

The "Associated Cases" link will list the Associated Case and its Type. You can click on the associated case to jump to that one. Please note, that clicking Associated Cases costs $0.08 at a minimum (even if it returns "No Associated Cases").
              Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
