Cumulative statement of amendment?

I made on amendment to my schedule C to the court yesterday(after our first 341 meeting,the Trustee asked to have the amount of exemption on CD's changed and the value of the car).we have an another 341 meeting on monday.
I receive a message from the bankruptcty clerk on my voice mail,telling me I needed to file a cumulative statement with the court.
I looked online for a form but can not find one.
could someone tell me what it is?
the bk clerk was not too friendly when we first filed,and made weird remarks on my accent and origins.it was the same clerk who took the amendment yesterday...

From what I can deduce for you is; a cumulative statement of amendments is a term not a form. I believe you have to explain the changes. I would "bite the bullet" and go back to ask that person exactly what she wants on your forms. I'm sorry but that's all I can find. Perhaps others here can give better results. 'Hub

that is what I thought too.
what should I write on that statement and how?
English being my second language,sometimes I loose it a bit.

A little info I found for OP, maybe will help

NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO SCHEDULES
The debtor has amended his or her bankruptcy schedules to include
additional creditors. This amendment may decrease the amount paid
to you under any plan. If you have any objections to the amendment,
you must file them in writing, stating the specific ground(s) upon
which your objection is based with the Clerk of Court, 201 S t.
Louis Street, Mobile, AL 3 6602, and serve a copy on the debtor and
the debtor's attorney. You must file an objection within 10 days of
the date you receive your copy of the amendment.

(c) When a petition, list, schedule, or statement is amended as
provided by Fed. R. Bankr. P. 1009, it shall be accompanied by a
Cumulative Statement of Amendment which describes each specific
amendment which is being made and which has previously been made.

(d) In each instance in which the schedules, statement of affairs,
statement of executory contracts or lists are amended, each schedule
affected by the amendment shall be re-filed in its entirety, unless
otherwise authorized by the court. Such amendments shall consist of all
pages of each schedule, statement, or list being amended, and shall
not be submitted on a line-by-line basis.

I read the specifics for souther district of Alabama.
but how do i write it


case number:


we (our name) have made changes to schedule C .
amount exempted for vehicle and CDs (amount)

and our signature....



is this too simple?

Cumulative Statement of Amendment

Something like this, but use the same identical heading information as shown on all of your other papers which also includes the section in between the two lines listing your name, case number, social security number, etc.....

Southern District of Alabama

filed it today,and it was a different clerk...good for us..
I asked if everything was ok,and she said yes,and she wished us good luck....

also,our 341 on monday is a continuation of the 341 meeting we had on oct 9th.does it mean that our 60 days started after the 341? or does it start this monday?
