How long after you file does it take to see your 341 hearing date on PACER?

My date was set the day it was filed and I could see that in PACER the same day, but maybe it's different from district to district.Case Closed > 2/08/2010 -
Your lawyer should tell you the minute he files for you. The filing is electronic by PACER and the date is computer selected automatically. 'Hub
P.S. on PACER, there is a menu item that states what comes next and when. I forget the title, but look at your PACER account and you will easily see it.If I knew it all, would I be here?? Mine was not set immediately...almost 30 days after I filed the 341 notice was finally filed, but I live where they communicate with tin cans and twine.7-2-2009 Filed

Our date came in the mail in about 7-10 days with the trustee's requirements and what he wanted us to bring and or mail to him before the meeting.Comment
