We are hoping to file Ch7 in December.
my child plays soccer and we want to have her play in a league that will cost us $50-75 out of pocket for the season. My husband would be coaching so we would have to register the team. Would anyone challenge the $75 checks we would receive/deposit from all other players and the $550 we pay out (via check) to the league for the team? (Does that make sense?)
Also, my dryer is on its last leg. I was hoping to catch a good deal to replace it (thinking black friday if I can come up with the cash). I figure the dryer would be around $500 ($1000 if we get both washer/dryer). Would that be considered a luxury purchase before we file (debit card)? At a minimum, could I get away with just replacing the dryer? I don't want to raise any red flags.
Any suggestions?
