Our 60 days post-341 are up 11/9/9 (would have fallen on weekend otherwise). Can I bust out the champagne at 5:01 pm? I assume an objection would have to be filed during business hours. I can't wait, one more week (although it's been pretty anti-climatic so far....not a dang thing has happened since 341 except motion to lift stay for house we surrendered).

My 60days were up a week ago, but still shows "awaiting discharge". Guess maybe something is going on?

You're golden, nothing is going on. The deadline has passed. Typically the courts are just backed up and entering the discharge is primarily an administrative manner. I'm sure I'll be in the same boat.Originally posted by booboo View Post
