    Congrats!!! If you don't mind me asking, did you have enough exemptions to cover your income tax or no??? My attorney seems to think we can exempt all of mine.

    Again congrats on the 60 day club!!!

        There are no exemptions in my state for cash or tax refund, at least that's what my attorney told me. I expected them to take my refund, if any and am ok with it, I shouldn't be getting much back anyways sinced I increased my witholdings earlier this year

              Glad to hear your 341 went well! Sure is nice timing to start your new year with your "fresh start"
              Chapter 13 filer since Feb. 2018 under a 60 months payment plan

                    Mine was the same way. They weren't interested in my bank statements which I thought was odd.

                    Congrats though!
                    4/09 Converted to a Ch 7 due to loss in dh's income
                    5/09 UST now involved no idea what happens next
                    7/09 UST has decided to withdraw his motion to dismiss!
                    7/27/09 DISCHARGED!!!

                      Congrats Miami2four.
                      I also had my 341 today and the questions were similar. It was done in less than 5 minutes. I also got back my tax stmt, and bank stmt and pay stubs that I had brought.

                        We're in Sacramento too. What date did you file and when if your 341 scheduled? I am wondering how backed up they are. We retained yesterday.

                        Retained attorney 11/5/09 - $100k in C.Card debt - $120000 per year income - Filed Feb 2010 - 341 Apr 2010 - No Asset Case/Report of No Dist Apr 2010 - Discharged June 2010
                        Case went without a hitch!                         I HELD MY HEAD HIGH IN THAT COURTROOM AND NOW I AM MOVING ON!

                          I am in San Jose. Filed on 10/13 and 341 is on 11/17
