i havent checked pacer since we have been out of our apartment (they put in a new mold-free tub) anyhooo..... I - I mean we are discharged! As of 10/28/09!! We originally filed our 13 on 11/25/08, converted to a 7 on 7/6/09... Its been nearly a year... a hard one... But we did it!!
Since we filed we have both re-entered school and are improving our situation.. (credit cards wasnt our downside... it was medical) We are taking our fresh step and skipping along the way... we are switching banks to a "normal bank" and once we save our 1st $1000 then we are going to do a secured savings loan... to help rebuild... (we want a house... badly)... So baby steps... then once I start clinicals then we will have another car... but only one car pymt at a time (we had 780 car pymts before but surrendered those puppies) we have a van pymt of 220.... so things have drastically changed for us..

Thanks to this wonderfully awesome forum.... I am not going anywhere... lol I will stay and browse....and in put when i can....

I just pulled my credit report and my score went from 515-565 to 523 -577... just in a few days! Also we had a house in '99 sold it in '04 was in pre-foreclosure sold it in '04. They upated my credit report as chapt 7?? Why is this? they also changed it from pre foreclosure to paid... and took off all the late paids? why would this happen? We havent live there in over 5 years... have had zero contact with them... I just found it odd...
