I was really surprised how smoothly it went. We got there a half hour or so before we were scheduled so we got to see four other cases. The trustee seemed really nice.
She actually told us that she wasn't going to object to our case and was going to declare us a no asset case and to expect discharge in 60 days.
She told everyone that except one couple where she said she wanted to see their 2009 tax returns. She still told them to expect a discharge in 60 days but that they may have to give up all or some of their tax refund.
