Filed amended schedule b and c

    Hi.

I am in CA. I filed an amended schedule b and c with the court and they stamped it and stamped my copy. Will this show on the pacer anytime soon or do I need to mail one to the trustee.

I do plan to hand carry my stamped copy.

    Thanks,

The trustee has immediate access. It is on PACER immediately also. Take a copy anyway in case they don't check PACER often.

My Trustee actually asked me... err... demanded... that I not copy them on everything. They informed me that they get EVERYTHING that is docketed on PACER. My case folder was so thick, it made me look like a career criminal at yet another trial, LOL!

Just ask your Trustee if they get everything via PACER. Be careful with certain amendments. Local Rule and/or the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure may require you to serve them on the Trustee and/or any particular creditor in interest. For example, if you add any creditors, you need to serve the Notice of Bankruptcy on the new creditor! Just make sure you're following local rules.

Also, it can take 24-48 hours for your amended schedules to show up in PACER. As a matter of fact, if your Case Manager is out of the office (vacation, convention, sick), this may delay it being docketed. However, the File Stamp date is what will be recorded. If it's entered into the docket on a different day than when it was file stamped, then you'll see two different dates on PACER. One date is the Filed Date (date of stamp), and the other one is the Entered DATE (date placed on the CM/ECF (PACER) Docket).
      Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

pacer is usually updated the next day; same day sometimes if it's early and they're not too busy.

you do not need to give it to the trustee yourself.
