    Long time coming!!!

    I checked pacer this morning and found that DW and I were discharged finally.
    I just want to send out a sincere thank you to all who took the time to answer all my questions that you may have already answered a 1000 times for others.

    Without BK Forum I'm not sure how we would have gotten through this process.
    It was a blessing to have all of you close by to educate me in this mess I got in.

    Thank you all again.

    One other question,How will I know that my case is closed?
    Will there be another posting on pacer that it's closed?

          Congrats on your discharge!!!! Bk sucks but thank god it`s an option. Use this as a learning experience and do as I`m going to do and learn how to go thru life as a cash only consumer. Over the last 3 years it has been wonderful to not have anything but a debit card. It`s great to not have to think about buying things you don`t need cause you can`t. Good luck to you and pass your new knowledge to others.

              There's no more credit cards in our future they scare me more then the boogieman.

                Congratulations!! When your case closes there will be another notice on Pacer.
                4/09 Converted to a Ch 7 due to loss in dh's income
                5/09 UST now involved no idea what happens next
                7/09 UST has decided to withdraw his motion to dismiss!
                7/27/09 DISCHARGED!!!
