    Bad 341..now

    Okay had a rough 341, trustee needed more info. Got that to her the same day and looked on pacer today and...trustee files Report of no distribution!! yeah!! Now I'm scared though I didn't have my home included and the amount discharged is a whole bunch more than just credit cards and my car. do they just include everything on it?? also no one from the bank was there to do a reaffirm for me, there were banks for others but not mine. Well anyways I'm happy. This forum answered so many questions for me, thanks to you all.

    Your better off since your bank WASN'T there. Banks usually attend when there is a problem.

    Reaffirmation is a whole different matter, and others are far more knowledgeable.

    Congrats on the 341! It wasn't bad at all. Sounds good.
