    I think you can click on the document number and see what it says.

      We would need a bit more info on your case to give you specifics that are related to your case. A notice of appearance means that someone wants to be notified each time your case has changes. An amended document is just that, either your petition, or something the court filed was amended. I would need more info to figure out why you have a notice of withdrawal of representation. Did you change lawyers?

          Again, we would need some background on your case to be more helpful. I do not want to guess on what all of that means without context, but it looks like someone wants to be notified any time there is a change in your case and that there has been a change in one of your documents and that change was sent to the person that wanted to be notified of changes.

            I think I know now what happened. May be the lawyer has changed. Before an assistant lawyer was attaining our case now I think some other lawyer is taken in charge.

            Thank you guys for the prompt reply.

              Yes, I would bet that it has to do with a change of attorney.

              In my case, I fired my attorney. He had to file a motion to withdraw and then my new attorney had to file a notice of appearance to notify the court that he was taking over my case.

                If you read the documents in the reverse order you have them listed you'll see:

                1) Your original attorney is withdrawing;

                2) Your new attorney is requesting to represent you:

                3) The court updated your petition to reflect the new attorney as attorney of record.
                Well, I did. Every one of 'em. Mostly I remember the last one. The wild finish. A guy standing on a station platform in the rain with a comical look in his face because his insides have been kicked out. -Rick
