    Papers filed and the phone calls have seemed to slow down...

    Hello everyone... My papers were filed last week and it seems that he phones have slowed down almost to a halt. I was getting around 50 calls a day and now it seems like it is only 1 or 2. The quietness is so nice...

    I just thought I would share... I hope everyone is doing well and your cases are going smooth...

    My 341 is Nov 23 and I am a little nervous but after reading all your stories, I think I will be ok...

      Congrats to you! Silence is a wonderful thing! I'm sure your 341 will go smoothly
      4/09 Converted to a Ch 7 due to loss in dh's income
      5/09 UST now involved no idea what happens next
      7/09 UST has decided to withdraw his motion to dismiss!
      7/27/09 DISCHARGED!!!

        Congrats. I sometimes wonder why we even have a phone now that it rings so infrequently.
        Filed Ch7 5/28/09 (Pro Se) Orlando, 341 7/01, UST selected case for audit 7/01, Last day for objection 8/31. Audit report filed 9/10, no material misstatements. Discharged and closed 9/22/2009

              Its really weird that my phone has not rung all day long, almost like ok what's going on.are they just taking a break today? lol
