Yes, exactly. Going through a BK process can be naturally stressful and by coming to the forum like this site, it helps to have humor and comadarie even if it involves gentle "name calling" of the trustees. Mine looked somewhat like a goat and kept bleating at people in the hearing room to make sure they had their DLs and SSNs

My goodness what excitement in the thread. lol.

I guess I can prove how much my husband has spent on filing for his permanent residence, taking driving lessons to get his license, etc. We're not talking a lot of money here. He probably brings home about $300/week after taxes and gives me $200 of it. I just feel like I'm probably close to the top as it is so every little bit helps.

I don't know why people are blasting the Trustee and calling him names like Elmer Fudd in cartoonland, when we all know that bankruptcy isn't suppose to be in favor of us in the first place. He is doing his job, and by the law. I am nervous about my case, but it is what it is. I guess it tells me that denial is unbecoming. I came to this forum to learn what might happen as my case goes along. NOT to read bashing or name calling like we are children. And, I'd be careful because he could be reading every word you write............And if GURU, means this kind of thing, I'd rather be called a Newbie.

OhioFiler, stop being so bullish on this site. Where do you and backtoschool get the idea that you can get away with talking down to people asking questions that you find to be unimportant? Get a grip..............no, grow up. And, backtoschool needs to go back to school in how to treat people here. Her advice may be good, but her tongue and even yours to be honest should be tamed. Nobody comes here to be talked down to. We all are in the same boat, and from what I am reading, backtoschool hasn't got a handle on her case yet either.

To Berrymom35, I appreciate you and others speaking out to bullies on this forum. All of us are here for the same reasons. SOME are or use to be high income earners, and some not. The bottom line is we all need a lesson in managing money. We need to take responsibility for our part of how we got here at least. I wish you luck too.

I am done with OhioFiler and Backtoschool anyways. There is no love lost there at all.

I just hope other newcomers continue to have thick skin to stand up to forum bullies fromn here on out.

YOU can stop being such a bully yourself. Get a life. People are not coming here to have you act like you own the board. Giving advice goes hand in hand with speaking in a nice voice. I am speaking in a nice voice now............stop being overbearing. That is my advice to you, okay.
It is childish and rude to call the trustees bad names when you are not even discharged. Oh, wait, you must know how to get through this without blaming yourself for your financial mistakes. I don't know everything, that is why I came to this forum.

The mods are not stupid. Even though you have posted thousands of posts, etc., doesn't mean a newbie should kicked of or ignored by all, just because you go and whine because someone is tired already of your being rude and bullish. I didn't come here to argue. But, in this day and time, bullish atttitudes should not be tolerated. I am not tolerating it from you or OhioFiler. Others have privately emailed me to beg me to not approach either of you for fear of being jumped or punished on the board in some way.
