As for the "can I" , Yes. It's your file. It's your case. You have a right to know -- an obligation to know, everything that is in it.

The best way is to set up an account with your court clerk as a filer. Then enter an appearance in your own case. Then you'll get a free email of everything filed in your case.

The second best way is to just use PACER where you pay 8 cents per page downloaded.

Then, if you want an excuse to get out of the house / the office / school, whatever, there's the old fashioned way .... go down to the courthouse and pull your file.
Pay no attention to anything I post. I graduated last in my class from a fly-by-night law school that no longer exists; I never studied or went to class; and I only post on internet forums when I'm too drunk to crawl away from the computer.

If you don't want to get that involved, I read on here about the Voice Case Information System. (Sorry I cannot remember who posted about it.)

There's a toll-free number you can call (not sure if it's the same # all over the country). You punch in the year you filed and the case # and you receive a free, automated update on what's been filed in your case. I've used it a few times and it's been great.

I just now Googled "bankruptcy voice case information system". The first result that came up listed the phone numbers to call for each state/district. Hope this helps.
