I would like to know hat happens after the 341 meeting as far as income goes. My company will be forcing me to work a considerable amount of overtime for abour 4 weeks almost immediately following the meeting. Can this jeopardize my case?

Your income included in your means test is looked at only for the prior 6 months. If you filed in October 2009, they will look at April-September, and not including October (i think thats right). Anything you earn after filing is not looked at.Filed Ch 7 9/28/09

The UST asked for and got my check stubs from the filing date to the 341 date...after the 341 I haven't been asked for anything so you should be fine.7-2-2009 Filed

My husband got a higher paying job two days after our 341, which has raised our takehome pay considerably. Our BK went just fine...we have never been asked about it. At our 341 the tt said that she was not interested in any income we got after the 6 month filing period unless we received an inheritance.Comment

Like the other posters stated, it really doesn't matter after the 341...
The look back is the prior 6 months
May 2008 Hired 1st Attorney/Stopped paying CCs
May 21, 2009 Retained 2nd Attorney
May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
