    How long does it usually take for the court to sched. 341?

    I got my case # today, can anyone give me a rough estimate as to how long it will take for the court to schedule the 341 meeting?

    I received mine the same day as filing.

      Just a couple days. You could log into PACER and see if it has been scheduled yet.

        Got ours in about 9 days in the mail.

          I received my 341 date the day I filed, but I received the "official notice" from the court about a week later.
          May 2008 Hired 1st Attorney/Stopped paying CCs
          May 21, 2009 Retained 2nd Attorney
          May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
          9/11/09 - DISCHARGED!!!!
