Add me to the list of those waiting for them to come and get my car. I stated in my intentions that I was surrendering the car and they motioned for a relief of stay but they still have not made contact with us. Sooo..DH called them to find out when they would come but they couldn't tell us anything other than the repo people will be in contact with us when they are ready to set us a time.
Now I am wondering, they motioned for the relief of stay on Oct 8th, does the court automatically grant it to them or do they have to wait a certain amount of time before the court will grant them the relief ? To give us time to argue or something.
