Has anyone paid for there filling fees in installments. If so how exactly does it work ? Do the filling fees paid in full prior to the 341? I tried to find the forms for the installments application on my counties court website but was unable to locate it. I only saw the fee waiver info. It seems as if I have to actually go down to the court house for this form. Is this something that you have to qualify for based on income ,family size etc? Any feedback is appreciated . Thanks in advance!

Depends on your case size, status, and your attorney. Mine was a slam bam closed kinda case, I was charged $1299.00. I keep paying until I hit $650 paid and then they will file, then payments made to ATTY, for the rest of balance due. Every lawyer is a bit different, but mine is a fighter so I hear.
Good Luck, hope that helped.

I have not been fortunate enough to find an attorney who is willing to work with me on the attorney fee installments. They said that I could pay 1k and then when I am when I ready file the will need th erest , but that is still holding up the process. I actually contacted my local court house today and was given the instructions for making the installments.
