We have a motor cycle that we plan on keeping. Our lawyer put on our filing to keep payments current. My question is will we still receive our monthly statement? and can we mail in payments or will we have to call them in?

Our online account with them has been disabled right after filing.

You may have to call the BK dept of your motorcycle you have a loan with and ask about the monthly statements and how you want to make your payments with. It depends on the lender, but for me with my car loan, I am still able to make payments online, but the online statements have been stopped since I filed.

If you know your payment amount, and you know the account number, just keep paying them. Please copy your check and note. They are not in a position to foreclose, they don't want the bike they want the money. 'Hub

Most likely they will stop sending statements. Call the BK dept and find out where payments should be sent to. Does your bank offer online bill pay? That is the best way to pay if that is available to you. We are using online bill pay through our bank for our mortgages and cars, none of which we reaffirmed. Works out great

Thank you everyone for your replys. Our bank does have bill pay so I set it up to pay. I will see if this works (if it doesn't for some reason we will call and try to make the payment over the phone). It is with GE Money so hopefuly no problems.
