Okay, it isn't a big deal at all because I have only one parking ticket and it is in jusdgement so the amount is $125.00. I am also pretty sure this would not be discharged in a BK, but I thought I would ask anyway.

You are correct. It won't. Any infraction of a legal nature such as a fine (a parking ticket is a fine) is exempt from discharge. 'HubIf I knew it all, would I be here??
