I am starting to worry that my addresses may not be correct on my matrix. I used the address off my credit report and all of my creditors are major credit card companies. I carefully entered them into my work sheet for my attorney. Eventhough I filed 3 weeks ago I still have US Bank calling almost every day to update my accounts. My credit union still has all accounts open and my lines of credit are still accessable. I was going to try to avoid ever checking pacer but need some peace. Any input will be appreciated.

That's odd. I filed less than 2 weeks ago and all of my online accounts have been shut down. I used the mailing address on all of my statements. I just checked my credit report and only about half of the addresses on their matched the addresses on the statements. They are all PO Boxes.Filed 10/8/09
341 11/2/09
Last Day For Objections 1/4/10

Hi Kansas1960,
I don't know how long it takes for the notices to be sent out. Maybe your creditors just haven't received them yet. Have you received your written notice from the court yet that includes the date of your 341 meeting? I believe the notices to creditors are sent out at the same time. I also believe(but don't quote me on this) that if you didn't provide the correct department's address for some of your creditors, the notices would still be forwarded to the correct departments once they were received.
You might want to check with your attorney or even the clerk of the bankruptcy court to be sure of the timing of the mailing and also to be sure that all of your creditors were actually listed on the matrix.
I'm in that mess right now. My attorney didn't use his software properly and, although all 12 of my unsecured creditors were listed correctly on Sch F, only 2 of them ended up listed on the matrix. My car lender wasn't listed either. As a result, only 2 of 13 creditors ever recieved official notice of my filing.
And I didn't find this out until after my 341!
Since I had notified all the unsecured creditors of my case number myself the day I filed, the collection calls stopped so I never would have known about the matrix problem... except that after my 341 I called the car lender about another matter and was told they had received no notice of the bk.
That seemed strange to me, but when I asked my attorney about it I was assured that everyone had been notified. Since I was having other problems with the attorney, though, I decided I better check further on my own. Sure enough, when I called the bankruptcy court clerk and she checked my file, only 2 creditors appeared on the matrix. Thus only 2 had been officially notified.
I've changed lawyers and things are now in the process of getting straightened out, but it has delayed my case and I will have to attend yet another 341.
My fingers are crossed that your situation is a lot simpler!

Thanks for the help
I never thought about calling the bankruptcy clerk. How do you go about finding out who to call? I think I will call them tomorrow. I may even go down to the court house and check out pacer if it is available at no charge. I took all of my addresses off the credit report. I did do a double check against what the attorney provided me on what he filed. The credit union has two different addresses but I think they should at least share that information between different addresses in the same company.
