You are walking the same path we did more than two years ago, and we are the same way.

We just paid good money to a professional (attorney) who was supposed to guide us and keep us from making the stupid mistakes we did, because whenever we asked questions--which were many, and alot--she never was available. GGRRRRRR

Well luckily our guy is great and there's always someone there to talk to us, but it's easier to ask you guys. First because I HATE making phone calls and second because you guys have been through it and know a lot by experience

Then, in saying that, why not take me up on the idea, or, better yet, have your significant other give you a great back rub, and get some rest. It worked for us, and like chicken soup, it may not help but it won't hurt you. LOL. You are doing fine and save up a bit for that emergency and guess what, you won't have one. 'Hub
