Yes, the judge granted the USTs motion for dismissal (that part is in pacer) but put on there that he was to give at least 10 days for me to decide whether to convert or dimiss. I told the UST on day 10 that I was not converting. I got the paperwork on day 12 with the "lodged order update" printout sent from his office. Day 12 was Oct 16th that he sent that to me.....so basically it has been almost 2 weeks since day 10.
