To calculate your Threshold of Debt Payment amount, take your non-priority, unsecured debt (generally credit card debt) and then multiply that amount by 25% - this is the Threshold Debt Payment Amount.
If your Means Test and Schedules' calculated disposable income is less than your Threshold Debt Payment Amount, then you may file for chapter 7 bankruptcy.I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
