            I actually have mixed feelings about the whole thing. I am happy its over and it went smoothly but, I still do not feel "right" or "good" about the filing. It was truly my last option.

              Congratulations on your fresh start. It was a business decision, let the guilt feeling go and enjoy your freedom from your debt.

                I understand about not being happy due to it being your last option, but you need to realize that it was a business decision. Nothing more, nothing less. You must take care of the business of taking care of your family.

                When you reach the point that bk is the option, then you do it and don't look back. Many have done it before you, many will do it after you, and it was designed to be done from the beginning of time in our country.

                Let it go, and enjoy your new life that's coming. (And stay out of situations that would get you back in the same position that you were in!)

                    Congrats. As I heard on a news show yesterday, let the banks, credit card companies and everything else be set aside and focus on caring for your family. If you don;t have food on your table, not a single one will tell you to forget the payment. Hope you have a happy future.
