I'm a no asset case, the court house closes at 5pm, I'm the last group that day at 4:30pm, is this a good sign?

I have two cars through this bank, but according to the documents, they only chose to file for relief from automatic stay for one vehicle. I am surrendering both vehicles...

Does this mean that I have until Oct 27 2009 to respond/appeal to this? In the documents, it states:

10) This creditor further requests that the Court in its Order specifically waive the 10 day stay otherwise applicable under F.R.B.p> 4001 (a)(3)


But in the next set of documents, the courts specifically say I have up until Oct 27th. Idk? Can anyone explain this to me?

Yup everything looks good to me

I have my 341 Nov 3rd at 3:30 PM. However, my court house is a whopping 1000 miles away! You bet I will bring everything needed.

the good news is, it's friday the 16th and not friday the 13th!!

i think the 10-day stay refers to 10 days *after* the order would be entered, not the time you have to respond to their motion. the order is scheduled for nov. 3, not before.

Actually no response is needed, an agreed order will be submitted to allow the repo. Your attorney should have that done pretty quickly.

Oh, I think I recall my lawyer stating this when I filed. I will have to contact him. I did send over an email to him with the attached documents I got off of PACER to ask him if we should contact the bank to let them know where the vehicle is at (not at my current residence).

I filed in the state I resided in but moved back home with my parents until after my BK. Therefor, I have to drive 1000 miles to make it to the 341 Going to make it a mini vacation though However, I will probably move after the holidays.

My lawyer asked to meet with me at 3:45pm outside of the room just to go over some things. Proceeded to sit down and watched for a good hour before I was called up. I was the second to the last one that day and they were running behind because one trustee had a diabetic attack earlier that day. Wow the trustee was NOT happy with the lawyers in ALL of the cases before me because there was some loose ends to tie up. I got called up at 4:45pm, sworn in, asked me questions, left at..............

......... 4:47pm

btw, I was not asked to submit any form of bank statement up til the time of filing. I also was not asked to submit the first paystub after filing as well

It was the easiest thing I've ever had to do.
