I'm a no asset case, the court house closes at 5pm, I'm the last group that day at 4:30pm, is this a good sign?
Regardless, I noticed an update on PACER today
Filed & Entered: 10/14/2009
Motion for Relief From Automatic Stay
Docket Text: Motion for Relief from Automatic Stay - Fee Due of $150.00 - filed by ***** ***** Bank, N.A.. Objections due by 10/27/2009. Order due by 11/3/2009. (Attachments: # (1) Notice # (2) Certificate of Service) (Lawyers name here.)

Auto-Docket of Credit Card
Docket Text: Receipt of Motion for Relief From Automatic Stay(Case #) [motion, mrlfsty] ( 150.00) Filing Fee. Receipt Number 1049554, Filing Fee Amount $ 150.00. (U.S. Treasury)
I have two cars through this bank, but according to the documents, they only chose to file for relief from automatic stay for one vehicle. I am surrendering both vehicles...
Does this mean that I have until Oct 27 2009 to respond/appeal to this? In the documents, it states:
10) This creditor further requests that the Court in its Order specifically waive the 10 day stay otherwise applicable under F.R.B.p> 4001 (a)(3)
But in the next set of documents, the courts specifically say I have up until Oct 27th. Idk? Can anyone explain this to me?
