I have a property currently in foreclosure and have filed for bankruptcy. I listed the lender and the lender's attorney on the list of creditors. Should I also include the PMI company? What happens if I don't? I didn't put them on the creditor sheet. Should I amend it? Please help?!

Pls excuse my ignorance but what is PMI? The general rule that I followed is to list every creditor from whom I had a bill or letter of demand. The account number and amounts may differ but at least they will be notified that you have filed bk.Filed Ch7 5/28/09 (Pro Se) Orlando, 341 7/01, UST selected case for audit 7/01, Last day for objection 8/31. Audit report filed 9/10, no material misstatements. Discharged and closed 9/22/2009 -
PMI is "private mortgage insurance". It's what the lender requires you to pay when you put less than 20% down on the property. It protects the lender in case of default.
