    Application to Employ reads like this:
    Ex Parte Application to Employ *********** as Attorney for Trustee .. Filed by ********* on behalf of ********(********)

    Declaration reads like this:
    Declaration of No Conflict (******) (Related document(s)[22] Application to Employ)... Filed by ******** on behalf of ********. (*********)

    Received UNSIGNED Order reads like this:
    Ex Parte Received UNSIGNED Order. Forwarded to Chambers for Judge's Signature Order Authorizing Employment of ******* as Attorney for Trustee. Filed by ********* on behalf of **********. (Related document(s)[22] Application to Employ, [23] Declaration). (**********)

    The other three read the same but they talk about a Real Estate Broker and a different name.

    Do you know what all of this is about? Is it about just selling my house as I am surrendering it?

    You MAY want to get rid of those names as those are trustees I reckon...

        Now to answer your question, yes that has to do with putting your house up for sale.

            So does this mean that I am not getting my "Report of No Distribution" because they are going to sell the house and distribute proceeds of the sale? I am just trying to see when I can sell my car that's breaking down.

              That's pretty much what it means........

              I believe that you are about to be deemed an "asset" case........if there's anything left from the sale of the house to be an asset.

              I have the same report on pacer.

              Now, if the sale yields no funds for the estate, you might still get the report of no distribution

              (someone correct me if I'm wrong).

              But, you should still get your discharge on schedule (at least that's the way I understand it).

                So if my case becomes an asset case that means that I cannot sell anything else I have (a car, in my example)? Or can he make it an asset case and only include my house as a non-exempt asset?
