hello... I filed a Ch.7 back in 2002.... Mostly just some CC's and such were included... I am refinancing my mortgage right now and on my credit report I guess one of those old cards that was in my BK shows up... No prob they say they just need a copy of the court doc. proving discahrge. So I faxed them the DISCHARGE OF DEBTOR that was mailed to us when the debts were officially discharged. but now they see they need to see proof that the exact item was discharged. My court paper just has our case number and says IT IS ORDERED THE DEBTOR IS GRANTED DISCHARGE UNDERSECTION 727etc ... Should I have received something itemized? I never did... The only court document I have that lists the acccounts that were included is our petition... I have refinanced several times since our BK and this has never been an issue....Should that discharge form be enough? Any advice or help? Thanks so much in advance....
